We hired Rafael and his team for a tree removal and stump grinding and they did a fantastic job! The tree was on the edge of our property/against our fence and they were very courteous in keeping the debris to our side and cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell they were there. Rafael seems to truly understand trees and is very knowledgeable- highly recommend!

Rafael is LITERALLY a lifesaver. Our neighbors cat had been stuck in our palm tree for four days. Countless others had tried with no luck, and Rafael and his team were able to get her down safely in mere minutes. We really had nowhere to go in the East Bay, until Eagle! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Rafael and his crew did an outstanding job removing some heavy branches that were spoiling our views. The job was tricky because the tree and branches were leaning over my neighbors yard. Rafael was able to gently lower the branches to the ground on my side of the fence, without dropping a leaf in my neighbors yard. Professional, skillful and courteous, all for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Eagle Tree Service!

Rafael was wonderful. During this recent series of severe storms, a huge tree near the back of our yatd fell in the neighbor's yard, grazing their house. A huge branch from another big tree fell on another neighbor's property- then three other big trees started to lean, threateningly. Rafael and crew immediately cut the leaning trees, and cleaned up all the messes. Rafael was professional, very nice, easy to deal with and his prices fair. I highly recommend him!

It seemed impossible. An enormous branch of a 30 foot tree rooted just over my fence on Caltrans land was threatening my property, but I couldn’t imagine how anyone could get it out of there considering that the walkway that connects that area to my driveway is less than 3 feet wide and there is no place to put a crane. I called Rafael based on the reviews and he came over immediately and gave me an estimate. He and his helper showed up a tad early on the promised day, worked steadily for about three hours and took out the offending branch in chunks, also trimming another Caltrans tree that was threatening the garage. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards. My only small quibble is that Rafael had promised to leave some chips for mulch and barbecue and apparently forgot, but I would not hesitate to hire him again when the trees need trimming. They removed the problematic branches but left the entire canopy, which is very nice. Very professional work.
